Program Policies

 

Refund Policy: 

After the purchase of any EndoTogether programs is complete, there are no refunds provided. All payments must be made according to the payment schedule. 

 

Access policy: 

You will have access to EndoTogether programs for 6 months. This is to encourage you to progress and complete the program. After your timeframe is complete, you will no longer be able to access the program.

You will have access to the Facebook Group Endometriosis: FriENDO Community Group, however, you will no longer have access to the private Members Community Group and any access to coaching will cease.  

Any option to continue with the program will include an additional fee.

 

Monthly payment plan policy: 

If you are on a monthly payment plan, you are required to complete all of your monthly payments regardless of your activity in the program. Failure to complete your monthly payments may result in denied access to content and coaching, and potential for collection agency involvement. 

 

Declined payment policy: 

As a client in any of the EndoTogether programs, you are required to complete all of your payments. You have 5 business days from the date of the payment decline to bring your account into good standing. Failure to bring your account into good standing may result in denied access to the program and coaching. 

 

Hours Of Operation: 

EndoTogether offers the following hours of operation: Monday - Friday, from 9:00 am ET to 2:00 PM EST. All client communication will be responded to within 2-3 business days or sooner during regular business hours. This includes responses inside of the Member's Community Group. 

 

Privacy Policy: 

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature. When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. Like many websites, we use cookies to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to our websites. Please refer to the do we use cookies section below for information about cookies and how we use them.

 

How do we use your information?

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways: 

  • To personalize your site experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.
  • To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests. To quickly process your transactions.
  • To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature.
  • If you have opted-in to receive our e-mail newsletter or freebies, we will send you educational and marketing e-mails.
  • If you would no longer like to receive promotional e-mail from us, please refer to the “How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?” section below.
  • If you have not opted-in to receive e-mail newsletters, you will not receive these e-mails. Visitors who register or participate in other site features such as marketing programs and ‘members-only’ content will be given a choice whether they would like to be on our e-mail list and receive e-mail communications from us. 
  • As you browse EndoTogether and any program sites, advertising cookies will be placed on your computer so that we can understand what you are interested in.

 

How do we protect visitor information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.

 

Do we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below. It does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.  However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. 

 

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, you can find an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

 

Third party links.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We, therefore, have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).

 

Changes to our policy.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page. Policy changes will apply only to information collected after the date of the change. This policy was last modified on January 19, 2024.

Online Policy Only.

This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.

 

Referral Policy: 

If you refer a friend or family member to any EndoTogether Programs, and they sign up, you will receive an extra two weeks in program. There is no monetary compensation or discount for referrals. Please send an email to hello@endotogether with the subject “referral” and give me the name and email address of the person who you referred.

 

Testimonial and use of testimonial policy: 

By submitting the testimonial form you are agreeing to allow EndoTogether to use your testimonial for marketing purposes on all EndoTogether websites and social media pages. You agree to allow EndoTogether to adjust the testimonial in any way they see fit without your written permission or consent (I will not embellish or extend any quotes). 

 

Discount Policy: 

EndoTogether does not offer discounts unless otherwise advertised during a specific promotional period. 

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


EndoTogether shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this Website or the performance of the products, even if EndoTogether has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

EndoTogether offers support to our clients a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, with a solution that is mutually agreeable to both the client and EndoTogether.
